A Syndicate In Supporting Women And Children Initiative (SISWACHI) conducted ward level monthly engagement meeting to strengthen functionality of community structures like mama2mama and WDC. Mother to mother (mama2mama) and Ward Development Committee (WDC) support groups are community based organized groups of women and men who mobilize individual and community members to take action to improve the health of pregnant women, newborns, children and development of the community and health facilities at the community and ward levels respectively.
